Overview

Motodec Orders READ ONLY is a private integration for the MotodecOfficial Allegro seller account. Its purpose is to read order information and organize it in an internal order register operated by the seller. The application is not a marketplace, a public order-management service, or an application offered to third-party merchants.

Authentication and Permissions

The application is designed to use Allegro OAuth 2.0 Device Authorization Flow, with an explicit approval by the authorized seller account owner.

Requested API permissions:

- allegro:api:orders:read — read the seller's order information.
- allegro:api:profile:read — verify the authorized seller account.

No other API permissions are requested. Access will not be activated before developer approval and the seller's OAuth consent.

Intended Functions

- Retrieve and display order identifiers, order states, timestamps, order line identifiers, item names, quantities, amounts and currencies.
- Detect order updates and avoid duplicate order entries.
- Identify changes to order grouping without counting the same order line twice.
- Retain a minimal order-status history for internal order processing.

Data Protection and Security

The integration uses a private, access-restricted server environment. OAuth credentials are stored separately from the existing product-catalog connection. Only records necessary for order monitoring are intended to be retained. Personal information not needed for this purpose, including buyers' names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, is excluded from the internal normalized register.

The application uses read-only API access. It does not create, modify, cancel or fulfill orders; modify listings, inventory or prices; or issue refunds or payments.

Access is limited to the Motodec operator. The application is not intended to access other sellers' accounts or share marketplace data with third parties. Read-only operation is enforced by the application architecture and the requested OAuth permissions.
